Apple Music Recommendation - clear my history

Hi

I have switched from Spotify to Apple Music three months ago and Apple Music stillt makes suggestions based on my first iTunes Music Library 10 years ago.
I have deleted all these old songs from my library and drive but I don't get them out of my Apple Music recommendations.

Is there any way to "clean" my history and start from blank or at least dislike all my old songs ?
