Apple Music, unable to sync to iPad Mini?

Searched all over the forum, I was not able to fins a thread for this. I feel really dumb, but for some reason I am unable to sync the Apple Music playlists that I have on iTunes on my iMac and iPhone to my iPad Mini. Is there a way to do this? Or just a limit of Apple Music. FYI I posted feedback to Apple, geez.
 
And you did have iCML and AM turned on?

For some reason iTunes > iOS changes are majorly delayed for me lately. Can take up to 24 hours. 🙁
