I called up FedEx today because the online tracker said "Package Data Transmitted to FedEx" for the third day in a row. Something was up. The employee on the phone says they don't even have my PowerBook! So now I'm a little worried and I called up Apple. The first woman I spoke with transfered me to a "logistics specialist" who told me that he is going to send my information to some sort of "logistics team" to track down my PowerBook, and they should respond within 72 HOURS!!! I ordered this computer on Aug 5th with 5-day standard shipping and Apple's only going to respond on the 12th! It should be here by that time! I was thinking it was going to be rough waiting till wednesday, and now its not going to be here for the weekend! All I know is that they better ship it overnight on FedEx, even though that will probably still be late. This is a little annoying for a $2k computer. Anyone else have an experience like this?
