Although UPS is from my hometown but it seems they don't care about end customers. They always manage to delivers my iPhone(s) at the last minute like around 5 or even after 6pm!! It's not only happening to me, but reading online forums it seems this is very common. I found a lot of same complaints from the internet. It feels like their drivers are all slackers, and always wait until last minute to deliver stuff!!! Or they just don't care about customers!!! Personally I will never ever do business with UPS unless they start caring about customers.

I was hoping my iPhone 5c will be on a different carrier but i'm very unlucky - it's UPS again tomorrow. Looks like it's gonna be another long day waiting....

Really hoping Apple can really listen to customers - either let them choose carrier or stop using UPS to ship iPhones!!!!

Wow! I think you should grow up and be a man n city, not a boyncity!

:apple:

I don't have any problems with UPS delivery, had a problem with their drop off once but the main problem I have with UPS is their pickup and supplies. I ship with StubHub and UPS everyday, before StubHub switched to UPS earlier this year they used FedEx. With FedEx I could order as many supplies as I want and they'd pickup for free. With UPS they want to charge me to pickup, I walk to a drop box everyday now, and they are really strict on offering supplies. I have to call to order supplies because online it says I can only order like 25 envelopes a week. They won't change my account so I can order more, just say to call every time.

Although it may surprise some, those iPhones are a tiny quantity of the day's volume of deliveries. So making iPhones a priority or giving special consideration is really not to their advantage.

They'll take care of the higher volume shippers who are doing business with UPS every single day over the once a year/two drop of iPhones.

UPS - Ugh

Yes, I always seem to cringe at the prospect of getting a "launch" product from Apple via UPS. My experience with the folks in brown has always been a sub standard one. The best deliveries I've experienced have always been Fed Ex. They usually come early and actually, ring the door bell as opposed to UPS's dump and run tactic

This my main complaint about UPS too.... Never get their deliveries before 6:30 PM and have gotten them as late as 9:30.

I try to avoid them like the Bubonic plague :)
