Anyone else experiencing battery drainage with the Apple News app? It’s not ridiculously bad but if I go to bed with 100% charge I usually wake up to 89% battery or somewhere around there. When I check the battery usage to see what’s eating up the battery the Apple News app is at the top of the list. There’s a lot of background activity with the app as well. I can’t think of what it might possibly need to do in the background. This is an app I use a ton of though, so I’m definitely keeping it around. Didn’t know if anyone else is seeing this as well.
