I am not advocating buying products that advertise as "boost your immune system". To clarify, avoid most of the pre-packaged processed foods, fast food, processed snacks and make most of your meals from scratch. Multi-vitamin is a supplement, however, one should read the label and make comparison rather thinking the most "expensive" is the best. You can only do what you can control and what we eat is within our control. Doing exercise is within our control and it should be done.
