I deleted the Apple news app on my phone, I want to get it back, but I cannot find it in the app store. Does anyone know how I can reinstall it?

Check to see if you have restrictions enabled at Settings > General > Restrictions. Even if the global Restrictions are currently off an individual one, like for downloading apps, might still be being enforced.
