Apple News Not Working in US?

Is anyone else having issues with the Apple News app in the US? When I open the app, I get the "Welcome to News" page and the status spin wheel just keeps spinning at the bottom and it never loads. Has anyone fixed this issues?

I figured out that my corporate profile is not allowing Apple News to work.

My News app will not refresh on cellular data. I have AT&T in the Chicago suburbs. This app works perfectly on wifi but when I try to refresh it on AT&T data I get "Can't refresh right now. There may be a problem with the server or network. Please try again later."

I'm actually wondering if there's something special I need to do to actually USE the News app. I've got an iPhone 6 plus, updated without any issues to iOS 9, but when I launch the News App, it's just sits there on the splash screen w/ the spinning wheel.

I've tried on both AT&T Cellular and WiFi without luck. Any thoughts?
