Can I get News+ on High Sierra? I'm sure somebody has/will try
Doesn't mean it can't be hacked onto HSNo. It’s only available on Mojave.
Possibly. But it’s only officially supported on Mojave.Doesn't mean it can't be hacked onto HS
B/c apple's "upgrades" aren't what they used to be.Possibly. But it’s only officially supported on Mojave.
Why don’t you want to upgrade?
Mojave is a pretty solid upgrade. Have you tried it?B/c apple's "upgrades" aren't what they used to be.
I haven't, but I also don't see any reason to upgrade... except news of courseMojave is a pretty solid upgrade. Have you tried it?
I too was looking to access news+ from my computer, I upgraded my iMac (late 2012) to Mojave from High Sierra. What a disaster!! It failed to upgrade half way and went onto a loop with kernel panic that the computer couldn't recover from. Reinstalling from the recovery disk didn't help either. After spending a few agonizing hours, I managed to recover the computer from a recent backup. It is still at High Sierra and I won't touch Mojave with a ten-foot pole. Fried Chicken was right, Apple updates aren't what they used to be. I was so disappointed at Apple. If you can upgrade without a hack, I'd recommend upgrading. Desktop Stacks is a great feature for example.
Agreed.B/c apple's "upgrades" aren't what they used to be.
