I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why there are more than 3 external drive bays on this thing...
The top to drive bays are fine, not as elegant as a mac pro, but at least you can push the button and they will open, even if the OS hasn't given you permission to eject you disc.
The two below that can't have many good applications. I guess you could put a large fan controller in one, and if you have the higher-end Audigy sound card, you could put that front panel thing in the other, but those are really uncommon things.
The only useful 3.5 inch application is a card reader. why 3 of them here?
I also wonder if the handles can be removed. That's one of my biggest gripes with the mac pro case: I haven't moved this thing since I got it. Not once have I actually picked it up off of the ground. And yet it had a good inch and a half of "dead space" that it takes up vertically for no good reason at all. I have heard of people who had to take a dremel to their g5/mac pro case so it would fit in their desk space.
i actually like the 3 extra holes on the bottom, but other than that, it looks awful.
