All iPads Apple Notes + Apple Pencil (iOS 14) is ridiculously buggy and unreliable

Here are bugs I've run into the past week while using Apple Notes with the Apple Pencil:

1. The note won't scroll down even though there's content below it until I rotate the screen and then rotate it back
2. When starting a new note in the 2/3 multitasking view, if I wrote something and then erased it all back to a blank note, it randomly kept defaulting on its own to a different marker size and kept changing the eraser to pixel eraser instead of staying on object eraser
3. The undo/redo buttons on the Pencil toolbar regularly grey out and won't let me use them unless I force close the app and start again
4. The Notes app randomly crashes in multitasking view
5. When using 1/2 screen multitasking, sometimes the Apple Pencil toolbar won't show up at the bottom of the screen like its supposed to
6. I selected and cut something that I drew and then tried to paste it in a specific spot. It didn't show up and then I realized it about doubled the length of the note and then pasted it at the bottom after a bunch of white space
7. Whenever I go to write on a note for the first time, the first few marks I write always jumps up an inch or two higher than where I was writing, and I always have to erase it and go back and write it again
8. Sometimes I write something below something else I've written, and then all of the sudden, it jumps and becomes overlapping the previous text that I wrote

I'm sure there are other bugs that I've experienced that I'm forgetting about, but I think you get the picture. I've continued sticking with Apple Notes because I haven't found an alternative that syncs with my iPad, Mac, and iPhone for free and that I don't have to worry as much about my privacy being invaded. But I'm getting very fed up with all of these bugs.

For reference, I have the iPad Pro 10.5. Has anyone else been having a buggy experience with the Notes app + Apple Pencil combo?

Standard notes is great, private, e2e encrypted, open source and syncs between everything but you need to subscribe for anything other than very basic usablilty.

Did you report all the bugs to Apple? I use notes and I havent seen a single one of these bugs, fyi.

I've not had any issues with my iPP 12" using notes with the pencil, but my daughter was complaining about it today (new iPad Air) - it apparently kept switching to erase and she swears she wasn't catching the screen

I have never experienced any issues myself. Could your case be isolated?

I wrote on Notes multiple times a day and it’s working fine for me. I am using it full screen though.
