Today I came across this app https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/bt-chat-2012/id551574969?mt=8
    It requires bluetooth to work
I had bluetooth OFF, opened the app, it asked me if u want to turn bluetooth on, I chose yes, and bluetooth turn on

So iOS now lets apps turn on bluetooth? (and possibly wifi also?)

Those apps have been around since the release of iOS 3.

So is there a app that let me turn on/off bluetooth easily? Like if bluetooth is on, when open app it will turn bluetooth off, and vice versa.
    What about wifi?

If it could also work with WiFi...

Then someone could create a switch-like-app...

When the app is launched, enable/disable WiFi, then crash the app, causing it to go back to the home screen, and do the same for 3G etc

The settings app does not enable/disable wifi when launched, crash and go back to home screen

It did that for me in iOS 1.1.1. Was a pretty cool feature till I corrected it.
