Apple Now Testing iOS 16.4.1 for iPhone With Bug Fixes Expected

HomeKit is still a mess even after the so called fix in the 16.4 release.. I shouldn't have to completely delete everything and then set up and add everything back as a fix just to have it start messing up again after a week.. "updating" status for smart devices and "playing" on my Apple TV 4K when it is actually "not playing" are getting ridiculous..

Remember the old computer term GIGO. Stands for garbage in is garbage out. Garbage stinks. So have the recent operating systems across multiple platforms.

Hey Apple! Get your **** together so there are no more gut wrenching aromas with every software release.

Suggestion. Don't do annual releases until the current version is virtually stink proof>!

.4 major releases in and iOS16 does not feel settled or stable...I really hope 17 is a Snow Leopard year removing bugs, jank, slop, and making it as efficient and fast as possible on existing hardware.

This is Apple's new MO. Break it then "fix" it a week or two later with a .1 update.

Yep. I always wait for the .1 or .2 release before upgrading any Apple device.

i normally do too and still rocking 16.3.1 on my phone.

The Weather app issues are server-side related though.

Thats odd then, that the issues started immediately after the iOS 16.4 upgrade for everyone.
