As much as I appreciate exploits being vanquished, I am still scratching my head waiting for GUI and interaction bugs like the Mail.app opening all the time to be a part of the past.

They could issue a profile, which users install, just like for those interested in being a Beta tester in the public.

This was necessary. People probably report 0-day exploits directly to Apple instead of publishing it on the black market.

There aren't enough bugs already reported and unfixed? My God, just try using Mail on the iPad for 5 minutes.

The "unread emails" badge has been incorrect every single time for like 6 years now.

Sometimes it just sits and spins until I give up and go do other things. Come back an hour later, it might work fine, it might still fail.

IMAP isn't difficult in 2019.
