Apple Online Live Chat - how to access?

I went through the whole support.apple.com website, and still
have not found out how to go to Live Chat with Apple Employee.
 
There's a link at the top left of store.apple.com that says Live Chat. I don't think they do tech support through chat, though.
 
I don't see this button:

Select a product. The live chat link is in the upper right. It's for sales support, not technical.
 
I don't see this link near telephone number.
I have even tried to go to this page via USA proxy - still nothing.

Could you copy the link (point on it => right click) and paste here?
 
It is really weird: in Safari, link is not working (I get a blank screen) ; in Google Chrome, I went to the chat frame and Elisabeth said me "Good morning" but I could not send any message - no "Send" button and Enter key is not working

Update: now I tried to go to chat using Google Chrome again - and get blank screen too!

Are you running any ad-blockers that may be interfering?
 
I don't run any blockers - moreover, recently I chatted with DealExtreme support
which uses pop-up chat window too, and everything was OK.
