Other Apple order status still “preparing to ship” for IPhone 12 pro max/ mini

In KY makes sense for me . I am in KY and why would it update until it actually comes to me. In the past they used holding hubs for the phones already in the country .
 
Guys, I called Apple for my tracking number and I got it FINALLY! Call Apple if you haven't gotten your tracking number. Thank you guys!
 
One of my iPhones (pro max) says (via Apple.com) it is delayed. We’ll see when it actually arrives, but tracking still shows it in Alaska.

It really depends from where the iPhones are shipping to. I'm in Europe and mine is shipping from a neighbor country as UPS express package and so I just got the shipping confirmationl, still just "label created". No worries. Only the shipments directly from China to your address have been shipped much earlier. I had that several years now. Always shipped one day before as Express package and I always got it on that Friday.
 
Has anyone else received that alert from Ups " We've submitted documentation to a Government agency and are awaiting a response. / Brokerage released the package. It will be processed through a clearing agency before final release to UPS." ? Kind of getting worried now that my phone wont arrive on Tuesday.

I had the same concern, but it still arrived on time. You should be fine.
 
My preorder for the 12 pro max still says processing, it's not even at the preparing to ship stage yet. I'm going to call Apple tomorrow but it's kind of annoying that a preorder still hasn't even shipped when I could have just bought it in a store 6 days ago...
 
It think there is some supply problem.

I had a Gold iPhone 12 Pro Max scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 21-11-20 but now it has changed to 24-11-20 to 1-12-20.

It sucks but what can one do?

If it hasn't shipped, cancel the order AFTER you secure one for in store pickup.
