Apple Original RAM brand?

What brand of RAM apple use on their macbook pro? i have late 08 and i want to know what brand of RAM the macbook pro came with.

Apple installed RAM is by Samsung

Attached is the photo of the RAM I took out of my 2007 MBP 2,2 a few months ago. As you can see, the RAM is made by Samsung.

What I've heard, Apple uses various brands including Samsung (like above), Micron, Crucial and so on.

Hynix is a good brand. In fact, it's the second largest memory chipmaker in the world so many other brands use their memory chips in their RAM.

Agreed. Almost all dell standard notebooks come with Hynix RAM. Not a bad make at all.

My 2009 came with 4GB Micron. Swapped it for 8GB Corsair. No problems.

I just took out 4GB of hynix RAM from my iMac 8,1 24" and replaced it with 6GB of OWC RAM. Works great so far.
