Sorry, I don't have the screenshot but I remember seeing it.

I was beginning to think I'd lost my mind. I rewatched the keynote but didnt catch it. I remember seeing it in a still photo but I can't remember where I saw it.

Just wanted to say THANKS to whomever was the one that alphabetized this list.

Successfully used Apple Pay at McDonalds last night, and at CVS this morning. Very very fast and easy to use!

Disappointed

Someone please update for me:

Not Accepted
Fidelity Investment Rewards Amex (non-529) issued by FIA Card Services (BOA)
Fidelity Investment Rewards Mastercard (non-529) issued by FIA Card Services (BOA)
Chase MileagePlus Explorer Mastercard

The two issuers of my cards (Chase and BOA) are listed as issuers working with Apple. FIA (BOA) agent says "groups of cards will be activated in waves"--whatever that means. She said there is no timeline.

Needless to say I am disappointed. I was excited to use Apple Pay and became concerned when I saw the lack of merchant participation. Now that it is rolling out with less than advertised issuer participation I am VERY concerned that it will be a flop.

Anyone with a BofA debit have a "card notifications" toggle for your card? Of the 3 cards I have added, it's the only one missing that option.

My Chase Debit Visa worked but it says I need to call Chase for verification. I'm unclear as to what the next step is. I've called Chase but there is seemingly no option on their menu to verify a card for Apple Pay.

I hope American Express will eventually enable the Corporate Cards. It would seem to me that corporations would welcome the enhanced security.

What irritates me is the badly written footnote on the Citi website:

https://online.citibank.com/JRS/portal.c?ID=ApplePay&ProductID=Generic&intc=2~1~52~3~102014~ApplePay~WelcomePageTab2

Apple Pay is only available on Citi-branded consumer credit and debit cards (except for ATM, Chairman, and AT&T cards) issued in the continental U.S. and Hawaii.

The combination of "only" and "except" implies to me that the AT&T Universal Card should be available.

FWIW: I've also been able to successfully use ApplePay at vending machines advertising Mastercard PayPass and Softcard wallet. These machines have a little LCD panel.... see attached photo....

Just held my phone up to it and the payment process initiated on it's own and worked fine.

I am missing the notification toggle as well.

Not working:

Capital One GM (General Motors) MasterCard
State Farm Bank Visa debit card

Unfortunately the only two I have.

ETA: Called about GM Card, she had no idea what Apple Pay was. She asked if it was a monthly subscription. When I told her it's to use your iPhone to pay for things she told me to "download the app" and it should work. When I told her entering the card wouldn't work she finally checked with someone. Not available (which I already knew) and no idea of when (which I highly suspected).

Citi told me over twitter and over the phone that AT&T declined to let the Universal cards to participate in Apple Pay. As such, I've switched products to Citi Thank You Preferred.

Accepted:
Bank of America VISA - Alaska Airlines

Too bad it shows up as a generic BofA image. The AMEX Delta SkyMiles I entered shows up with the correct image of my physical card.

Not Accepted:
Hawaiian Airlines MasterCard
- Got an e-mail saying it will be ready this Fall.

Credit Union 1 VISA debit card
- A credit union based in Chicago. I inquired and they said they are "in the process of evaluating this service. No timeframe has been determined as of yet."

Speak to a rep in the online banking department. They can activate the account.

The Best Buy MC from Citi is not working. Was on list as working.
