Apple Pay cards removed

Not sure what's going on, but Apple Pay is now showing "This card cannot be used" on all my devices. I removed it from my Mac to re-add it, but it's not working. The card itself is fine, and I used
Apple Pay (online payment) earlier this morning. Anyone else experience anything like this?
