I downloaded 11.2 beta 4 last night and went to check out Apple Pay Cash today. My bank where I hold my checking account does not support Apple Pay currently, so am I correct in saying that I cannot utilize Apple Pay Cash with my bank account. It is requiring me to set up a debit card, but since my bank doesn't support it then I cannot. Venmo works nice because it debits my bank account when I send funds, but from what I'm grasping I cannot do that this with APC...? Can anyone confirm or refute this. Thanks.

That is correct. You cannot link your Apple Pay Cash card to a bank that doesn't support Apple Pay.

Makes sense. Kind of sucks though - looks like I will have to stick with Venmo for the time being.
Small-town living.

Atleast you probably still have regular Apple Pay.

All banks except two here in Denmark are holding off, making it pretty much useless over here. Let alone being able to use it in stores for those with an account+card from supporting banks. It is really meh over here.

Talk to your bank a out adding Apple Pay. Apple has no control over whether financial institutions support Apple Pay.
