Apple Pay Cash not showing up?

Where does it first show up ?--wallet, iMessage,Settings

I set it up through wallet and and Apple Pay in settings.

Yep, also have it working for me now.

Yup showed up in settings,however get the message "not available now"
must be server overload

The toggle was there for me an hour, but wouldn't activate, now the toggle is not even there.

Also having this issue, not showing up in the Wallet app or the Wallet & Apple Pay settings.
