Apple pay (cash) scheduled payments

I have someone that owes me once a month, is there anyway I can have apple pay cash send them money automatically on a certain day?

If they owe you money, why would you send more to them?

Anyway, not currently possible. Should become possible with iOS13 and the improvements to shortcuts/automation.
