iPhone Apple Pay Cash Unavailable after migrating to new iPhone XS Max

Getting the error, "Apple Pay Cash Unavailable" after migrating to my new iPhone XS Max. Anyone know how to fix?

Same error here.

Got the same error last night after trying it multiple times. I was getting a server unavailable error. I gave it a break and came back a bit later and was able to set it up.

It’s fixed. Apple was having some issues. I set mine up this morning.

I was having this same issue last Friday (when the iPhone max arrived), then by Saturday morning it was working. Now, I'm trying to send someone money with Apple Pay Cash and it says services unavailable. Never had this problem with my old phone. Anyone else run into this?
