I was wondering if Apple Pay Cash can be used to send money between two people internationally. Specifically If I have a friend who is a citizen of another county, can I use Apple Pay Cash to send them money? My gut feeling tells me other countries might use different banks to process the money and it might no play nice across international boarders.

If it is possible, has Apple, Green Dot or Discover posted exchange rates between countries. Are there limits for foreign transfers that differ from domestic limits?

I suppose I could just send my friend a dollar to test it, but I figured i would ask if someone has tried and if you can point to any support documents from Apple that explain hw the process works.

Apple Pay Cash is only available in the US at the moment and so can only be used to send money between US residents, USD is the only supported currency, and funds can only be withdrawn to US bank accounts.
