Do you have to have 2 Factor Authorization turned on to have this feature working? A website I read said you had to have it on (non-MacRumors) or else it wont work. I dont have it turned on but I know Apple Pay Cash isnt working on everyone's phones just yet. Does it have to be on for those who have it Apple Pay Cash working?
