I can use Apply Pay on my iPhone and Watch easily at merchants. I've never had an issue. However, when using Apple Pay with in app purchases, I receive an error. It just won't work. I've added and re-added cards and on all of them, I receive the same error. It must be something universal since it happens on multiple different cards.
The error is: Payment Not Complete with an ! point inside the circle. It then says the card is declined and to try another card, which is not true since I'm always using the cards and it works at merchants with the same card. I've also checked my Billing address.
Another area where it fail is iMessage: I tried to send a Gift Card through iMessage with the Starbucks app and that also did not work.
Any ideas?
