Paying bills or making donations via my Mac is not working at the moment. I last had this problem a few months ago and some apple security or OS update fixed it and know I have the issue again. I can however pay via my apple watch or iPhone, just not my Mac. I am getting the below messages.
I have done the following.
1- Rebooted Mac in safe mode, with a different user account.
2- Verified that my security settings are on max and I cannot boot from a flash drive or DVD.
3- Followed the instructions in the below article which resolved nothing.
support.apple.com
4. Updated to the latest of everything.
5. Ran malware bytes and verified that I have no viruses or malware that is causing this issue.
The only thing I have not tried is re-installing Big Sur which I am not sure will resolve the issue. Do you think it will?
Thanks,
John

If Apple Pay on your Mac is turned off because security settings were modified - Apple Support
Follow these steps if you get a message that your card is unavailable to use with Apple Pay on your Mac, or that you cannot add cards to Wallet.
