Apple Pay on the iPhone X

Anyone else feel that Apple Pay is a little painful with the X? The process is, pull out your phone, click ok on the dialog that tells you how to use Apple Pay, look at your phone (no big deal), then hit the power button twice rapidly. To me that is much more painful that just grabbing my phone with my thumb on the reader.

Didn't see a thread on this so maybe I am doing it wrong.

pull out your phone.. double click the side button..
(it doesn't have to be awake or unlocked.. just double click the side buttons)

let it read your face.

move the phone to the terminal/reader.

I think it’s just as easy, and actually more natural with Face ID.

it will probably be easy for OP as well.. but for now, i think he's doing too many steps to get there 😉
