This is happening with all my cards. I have deleted them, and re-added them. When I try to complete a payment, I just get a red exclamation point saying that the payment could not be completed. On one card it says that the Billing address is incorrect, but it is correct. Any ideas? I've reset the phone, wiped all my cards, re-added them, and I am completely wiping my phone now. It happens on my Mac too, so I am thinking it is something related to my iCloud account somehow.
