Over the weekend my iCloud Photo Library switched its self off and reverted to the old system I.e photo stream.
Today all the cards in Apple Pay had disappeared, I had used Apple Pay last Friday (20/5/16 and their were no problems.
When I switched iCloud library back on it uploaded all my photos back to the cloud, no problem.
I was able to put my cards back in Apple Pay, again, no problem.
This happened on my iPad and my iPhone, 6s+ and iPad air2. This has happened once before, maybe 3 months ago. Then as now, it happened on both the iPad and iPhone at the same time, or within a couple of days of each other.
Both the iPad and the iPhone are on the latest iOS, 9.3.2.
I have not updated either since iOS 9.3.2 came out
