EVERY restaurant and retail business wants me to download their app. Umm NO WAY. Make an App Clip for your business and I’ll be inclined to spend more money your way.

I've yet to come across an App Clip out in the wild. I love the idea, though.

We used to get subs at Quiznos, where you could get them toasted. I think the competition is what led Subway to start offering toasting if you ask for it. But there are no longer any Quiznos locations near us.

Judging by these comments the reputation of Subway really has gone down the drain in the US eh? Here in Germany people are still lining up at peak hours and I actually don’t mind it every once in a while. I feel much „lighter“ than from a fast food burger afterwards

I’m not sure about that. The locations near me are pretty active around lunchtime. The only people I’ve found who’re determined to convince me that it’s a dying franchise that serves fake food are online.

I had one, it was a pretty great phone. Hardware and software rivaled by few others and I hated TouchWiz Samsung. Only reason I don’t have one now is it was just too damn big to manage so yeah, that was the hardware flaw - Size.

Staying on-topic: I don’t eat meat so, Subway wasn’t really somewhere I frequented at all so, I have no idea about the food but I’d get something plan-based there and roll with the punches if I was in a pinch.
