apple pay with multi currency debit card

hi I was wondering how well this works, if at all. It's normally a visa debit card like from Citibank (appears to be a US Apple pay partner) which is linked to a euro, sterling and a US dollar current account.

Assuming they let you add the card to your iPhone/Apple Watch it should work the same as the physical card. The main difference is that the last four digits on your receipt will be different.
