Apple Pay working outside the US!

As long as you have a US based credit card, looks like Apple Pay can work outside the US:

I assumed that anyway. The reason Apple Pay is "US only" is because there are only US banks on-board so far. The technology itself should be supported wherever there is contact-less payments.

Only makes sense it would work for international travel

Yup just regulatory issues that prevent Apple Pay from working when most other 1st nation worlds have NFC terminals for years.
