I'm about to get the new iPad Air 2019 and I was thinking to get a pencil too but I was wondering what are the pros and cons of both pencils. I lean towards the Logitech because the price.

Any help would be appreciated :)

If you don't need to draw but mainly annotate/write, the crayon is perfect, it is compatible with both the pro and the non pro now, and does not need pairing (contrary to the pencil), so you can switch between devices without having to pair each time. On the contrary if you discharge it and have no charger with you the ipad will not be able to charge it, contrary to the pencil.

Another thing to think about with the crayon is the nice shape of it. You won't have to worry about it rolling away like you would the Apple Pencil.

Don’t forget one of the major differences is the crayon doesn’t have pressure sensitivity. Not sure about tilt.

Can’t charge the crayon on the go if you don’t have a cable. Battery life is also shorter and takes longer to charge.

Apple Pencil all the way. I know it’s awkward to charge but still worth it.
