If they were really sexually assaulted or raped, they would have not waited 30, 40 years before saying a word. Come on now. I won't blindly believe just anyone, especially when stuff like this continues to happen:
There are so many others I can cite here, but you get the point. Empathize with the victim but don't demonize the others until you have all the facts. It can and will ruin innocent lives.

The narrative that some would not wait 30-40 years is a myth people used to justify their reasoning. I am judging by your response that you do not have a personal experience of sexual violation. If you have and spoke up, kudos to you.

For the majority of the human race, the norm is blame themselves and repress it and only speak about it when someone else breaks their silence. Go do research and you will see that.

I myself, a male in my late 40s never spoke up until 20 years after when occurred in my youth. I know a mother in her 60s that finally had the courage to speak up that her child was a product of rape when she was a teenager.

You don’t know, but you made sure to support your belief with as much conformation bias to support it.

Do some people lie? Absolutely!

But that is not evidence that no one would wait 30 years to talk.

Well thank you but I doubt it. There are great ways to mitigate actual potential problems by being responsible and no one close to me would ever make up a false accusation for attention.

There are ways to mitigate potential problems by being responsible?

One has to wonder how many Apple Music and Beats execs are a little nervous about this.
One has to wonder how many non Apple Music and Beats execs are trying to become Apple Music and Beats execs before this wraps production...
