I get about 1.5 hours on my 800 powerbook, new batteries. both the powerful mac and pc laptops are going to eat up your batteries quickly unless you dim the screen all the way down and sprink fairy dust on it he he

I have a friend that has one and the build quality is fantastic.

and the top model has been shown to be quite a bit quicker in many areas than the dual 1.25ghz G4 desktop...
