I'm assuming you just mean to learn the technique for the mouse-over rather than to steal their navbar.

Yeah. I found out how to make the mouse over work and how to make them link to other sections of the website. The other (head) admin took it down because he didn't like the art style... lots of members have been complaining about it but none of them have actually made something that satisfies him. I think he was just worried about me going over his head...

If you have the Firebug extension for Firefox, you can just inspect whatever part of the page you want. Pretty useful tool if you're a web developer.

I'll have to try that out sometime...
