So far, no real compelling reason for me to buy devices with 5G support. Maybe I’m just a lot more patient than most. Then I also don’t have a Porche or a Tesla car that supports plaid speed so I can sit in LA traffic.
 
I guess some might have a use for it, but I simply can’t think of why I’d need that much bandwidth on an iPhone.

With respect to the safety issue, the bigger problem is that current testing methodologies (e.g., SAR vs Power Density, etc…) don’t really fit when 6-300 GHz is used that close to the body. The jury is definitely still out on exposure. Lots of assumptions and guesswork right now.
