Is everyone in Saudi Arabia rich though? My understanding was that most of the cash is hoarded by members of the royal family and their favorites. Everyone else has a low per capita income.

Kinda like the US.

They gouge us with high oil prices that a majority cannot afford, we gouge them with high computer prices that a majority cannot afford.
