Apple Pro Display XDR - When is the update coming ?

So, we have to buy two units of Apple Pro Display XDR, as I dont see any 5K or 6K 200+ ppi monitors in the world right now, so that's the only option.
But its already been 4 years old now.
So, Im worried if I go ahead and spend that 11000 USD right now, and then Mr.Cook comes online and says, here we have a new display, then I will be dead. LOL.

So, anyone who has leaks of Apple Pro Display XDR update?
is it coming in 2023 anytime soon ?

I think if the "Pro XDR 2" releases anytime soon, we would have those leaks already. Normally when an item is bought about a month (and in some case within the 90 day warranty for the Macs) Apple has been good with taking the product back for the new model. (Also not sure I understand why use good ole Google search and sort by date published.)

This begs the question though. What do you mean by dead if say the "Pro XDR 2" came 1 months later? You "have to buy two units of the Apple Pro Display XDR" so I'm not seeing how this is a problem. You can't predict that far ahead and the Apple Pro XDR has it's purpose which is neither outdated or lacking for its current price point.

i am curious, if there will an 8k Display coming to the market; right now i am planing to buy
the 27 inch 5k model; but like RainbowSWE wrote, there are no hints for a new display

Almost all the big panel makers are making 32” 8K displays, including mini-LED versions. They’re coming, I suspect within 12 months.

And they’ll blow the Pro XDR out of the water unless you need those 1600 nits.

Does 32" 8K really make sense? The pixel density will be higher than the XDR which is 32" 6K. I would want a 36" 8K instead.

I’m waiting for the new XDR model to be released, so I can purchase another existing XDR model for cheap.
