Usually if I order from Apple I receive through UPS or FedEx.
This time it’s a company I’ve never heard of:

DI Overnite, LLC. Or Deliver-it.com

has anyone ever received an Apple product through them before?
im just curious.

Thanks.

I doubt you're unique. If Apple is using them to ship to you, they've probably used them to ship to others.

Ups freight bought out a company called overnite years ago. However, I can’t imagine why they would use that name? Although the freight division of ups was bought by some Canadians recently …now T-force. Maybe they are still using the overnite name.

yeah, I just had a 24" iMac delivered by someone via them. Just a dude with a phone and no uniform. He rang the bell to make sure someone was home as he said he wouldn't have felt comfortable leaving it otherwise.

I'm in Silicon Valley and the label says the origin was Fontana, CA. It's weird how the shipping status change just appeared suddenly on the Apple order page one day and then it arrived the next. :)

No issues with your iMac?

They are a local delivery company, so I guess Apple uses them when your product is close to your address, close could be within100 miles or so…
I use nespresso, and when I order coffee it comes from some warehouse in the LA area and I live probably 75 miles away. They have been very reliable for me over the past 2 years or so

Apple probably bought them out and doesn’t want to call them "Apple Shipping".

The iPad Mini I've been waiting for over a month is supposed to be delivered by them. I've never heard of this company so I googled them and saw they have a 1-star rating on Yelp. Their website is very basic and the tracking information isn't very detailed. Apple says my package will arrive by December 9 but the Deliver-It tracking page doesn't show any date for when I can expect this delivery.
