I think I found another gaff Apple didn't mean for us to notice
I know all these screens are supposed to simulated but that doesn't mean they shouldn't hide its obviousness. Here, the woman's hand is covering the front-facing camera, yet the camera appears to still be able to capture her images. Some of you may say "Oh it's just the angle," but I'm more willing to bet that at least some of the webbing of her hand should in the shot being held at that instance.

It's the same guy. These stills are from the iPhone 4 video on Apple's website. There, it shows more of the actor, and it's the same guy.

what paint store has wi-fi? Oh actually, in my town there is a starbucks next to a shewwin(sp?) williams paint store, so i guess this is possible.
Obviously the OP didn't pay attention to the subtle clues in the pictures and video. The man is gay and the baby is his son, but only because he donated his sperm to a lesbian couple. The lady with the baby's wife is not in the scene as she was training dolphins at SeaWorld when the video was filmed. The asian girl was calling up her gay friend wanting advice on what color she should paint her living room since he's inherently expert in interior design.
