Apple promotion coupons

I recently bought a powerbook and ipod with the cram and jam deal. I went to download the coupon for the 200 dollar rebate and it was removed from the apple web site. does anyone still have the pdf? This has also happened with the 100 dollar hp rebate coupon. I would appreciate any help in this matter.
