I'm a Capture One user and I saw some video where Lightroom seems to handle pretty well iPhone 14 ProRaw
Unfortunately Capture One doesn't, RAW file are way underexposed and raising the exposure it doesn't always work correctly

Not sure if some trick is needed but I guess the file has a lot of hidden information that can be read only from some specific software
 
Right now Lightroom doesn't officially support the 14 Pro cameras either so imports will come in super dark as well, etc. You can definitely work the DNG files quite a bit to edit, but we're still waiting for a new Camera Raw update which should significantly improve things like lens distortion, color profiles, etc.

I'm sure Capture One right now is in the same boat. Once the Raw processing is updated, I think you'll be fine.

emmhhh Capture One is not super fast and I'm not going to renew this her, home DXO may add iPhone 14
