Three calls to Apple care in last week (one for AppleTV and two for iPad) only one tech knew what she was talking about - other two were reminicent of Dell outsourced support ("Please to try this, then try that, maybe we get lucky and fix it, yes!?!"). This thread will not answer that question. There's no guarantee you'll have equal participation from satisfied and unsatisfied customers.

There will never be an equal participation of satisfied and unsatisfied customers because that would mean it would be 50/50.

IMO:

This (forum) would, in fact, be more accurate than say Apple's (if they had one specifically for product feedback) because people are just "running across" this forum so there would be no biased remarks. However, if I got an Apple product that had X and Y problems wrong with it then I would go to Apple site and complain. If I got my product and there was nothing wrong with it, I would likely not go and post how awesome it is because it doesn't have any issues.

I feel that this way would be less biased.

I've had to return every single iPhone I've had because it won't run Flash. It's completely unusable because of that. Everything on the iPhone depends upon Flash, everything. :D

That makes no sense, because in that case half of Apple products would have problems. Heck, I've lots of trouble with Windows and various PC makers but wouldn't go so far as to say a full half were lemons.

Powerbook Pismo - suddenly died after 8 years

Macbook Pro 2007 - Logic board failure, battery failure (replaced by Apple)
