Apple Ramping Up Hiring for North Carolina Data Center

Anyone know what it's like to work for Apple? The data center is pretty close to me and I'm more then qualified for those maintenance positions.
 
My idea about what this center might be for is an automatic translation service. Remember that SJ told that one of the primarily goals of the iPad was browsing the web. Now just think how convenient it would be if the next software version would incorporate automatic translation of web content which would natively be built in into Safari. I guess this would be a huge advance as for a lot of people in the world, a lot of content on the web is in fact in a foreign language.

Nonetheless, good translations are very hard to do. But who knows, maybe they found something simple to achieve a good result?
 
Any updates on jobs in Maiden? I don't see any posted on apple.com and am wondering if they are full for now or just haven't hired yet???
