Apple ranked #1 among consumers buying online

According to this CNN/Money article, consumers have ranked Apple as providing the best computer buying experience online.

IBM ranked 2nd and Dell ranked 3rd.

i'm happy Apple has the number 1 slot but why has Dell got number 3 ? i find there website to be clutterd.

A Apple experience is always a pleasure on the Apple Online Store - pick it - add to it - pay for it - then wait for it
