Nah eff this workaround. I’m on my brand new iPhone X and I encountered this bug today. I did not have it Friday ,Saturday and Sunday wtf. Apple needs to fix this by the end of this week.

iOS 11, “The most advanced mobile operating system on the planet”...
Can’t autocorrect the letter “i”
Calculator can’t add 1+2+3

iOS 11 capitalizes random words on my phone. Also, I type in two languages and the stupid keyboard keeps autocorrecting me whilst before iOS 11 universal keyboard used to work perfectly. Seriously, all iOS11 did was break my iPhone, and issues keep coming and coming.

iOS 11 capitalizes the first several letters of the first word I type in a text box, sometimes 2, sometimes 3 and sometimes 4, depending on how fast I type. It does not do it when I start a new sentence, only the first word in a box.
I have a 2nd gen iPad mini (64 bits CPU).
It is really aggravating, I am thinking of going back to iOS 10, I see absolutely no benefit with iOS 11.
