I would realy like to see the iPhone early, but i don't know if i could explain things to people over the phone all day.
Good point.
I guess I was more commenting on why would a Sr. iPhone Supprot Rep need to be comfy in something like Office and Outlook?
It's not like those apps will run on an iPhone, right??
Hmm, I'm guessing you've never had a job before? Most jobs require Office and Outlook skills. It's not for the technical support side, but for the basic use of the office computers etc.
good point, but Apple support reps aren't using PCs...
Are you sure that the call center that Apple uses does not use PC's? I did Macintosh support for Bell South and I worked on a old crappy PC.
So is there some reason that you can't tell us that the relationship you have with Apple call centers in Austin? I looked back over your posts in this thread and it would be much more helpful if you just said "Oh I can clear these things up. I know this, this and that because I have this direct knowledge because I have this relationship with the Apple support centers in Austin." Rather then hinting at things, or is there some sort of NDA concerning call centers now?Yes, 100% certain.
