Alongside big new product releases, Apple today refreshed its online storefront with a wide variety of fresh accessories for the spring. This includes new colors for iPhone cases and Apple Watch bands, and updated versions of Apple's Smart Keyboard Folio for iPad.

Starting with iPhone, the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max Silicone Cases now have new colors. This includes Cactus, Grapefruit, and Surf Blue. This is especially good news for iPhone 11 owners, whose previous options for Silicone Cases were just White and Black.

The Leather Folio for iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max is now available in Peacock. There are no new Leather Case colors for the iPhone 11 family this season.

Moving to Apple Watch bands, you can get these same three new colorways in Sport Bands as well, matching your iPhone 11's Cactus, Grapefruit, or Surf Blue accessory.

Sunshine, Vitamin C? They must have let the millennials name these bands.

I'm not going to lie, I really am feeling the Surf Blue though.

Don’t like the big cut out for the camera showing the color of the actual phone. It should have cut outs enclosing the cameras itself. Also why does Apple keep insisting on leaving the bottom part open? I have a lot of scratches around that area on my iPhone

Baffles my mind as to why Apple would release any product right now.

At least in California, people are far more worried about getting a gallon of milk than any Apple product.

I think it’s a great time... people are sitting at home bored and shopping online.

Hate to say it but you are right. Let's face it; the majority of "Have to have it" Apple fans aren't really watching their checkbook even thought that's one of the smartest things you can do right now.

I love the new colors, especially the shades of green. Anyway, there’s enough negativity in the world. Don’t like it? That’s fine. Just chill out. No need to put a damper on other people’s enthusiasm over freakin’ cases and watch bands. Surround yourself with positivity and pass it around. :)

Because cases that are enclosed at the bottom make swiping up much more difficult, and many of us look to a case for drop protection and the grip it provides, rather than for protection from all conceivable scratches. Personally, I would never buy a case that covers the bottom of the phone.

Why not release them? A lot of planning goes into seasonal color palettes, and they will be dated later. In the fashion world, one spring is not interchangeable with another.

Also, Apple probably manufactured these in significant numbers already and is potentially looking at a slow season for some of its other offerings. Why not make whatever money is there to be made?

The cameras are on sort of a plateau. If they wrap the case around them, the case would protrude out further. And it would also run the risk of reflecting the flash back into the camera lenses. The bottom part is open so sound can get in to the microphone and out of the speakers, and to keep the Lightning port accessible - wrapping closely would impede all of those. Also having solid wraparound edges on all four sides would make getting the case on and off extremely difficult.

Isn't this the same as the black/ volt that was released initially? Looks the exact same to me.
It looks similar but not the exact same to me, I'll have to see it in person to know for sure. The green in this band seems like a softer and more pastel green, whereas the volt colour was more of a neon green.

Digging that two-tone blue and green sport loop, but will probably pass on these. A peacock sport band would be a no-brainer though. Not enough green options... they keep giving us these muted greens.

Glad to see extra colours for the Smart Folio. The other colours weren’t doing for me - boring corporate black (as if to emphasise that iPad Pro was most certainly serious and for the office) and pink sand and white look like they’ll get dirty quickly.

Get over yourself. This is a pandemic. Ok. Follow the CDC guidelines... be extra cautious... but there has been PLENTY of milk on the shelves. STOP the panic inducing hysteria! Our supply chains for food and bathroom supplies are strong and would be fine if people didn’t go ape crazy...

Apple - and every other company - can release whatever products they want... unless you want the ENTIRE market to collapse!?!? Really...Take. A. Chill. Pill.

This coming from someone (Myself) currently self quarantining after a potential exposure. So don’t claim I am minimizing the severity of the situation or such nonsense. It is what it is. Stop judging the world for still spinning.

Edit: Sorry for the tone... I’ve just had it up to my eyeballs with folks adding to the hysteria instead of just doing their part.
